• Colors and images of products are displayed as accurately as possible; however, variations may occur due to screen settings

• Custom orders are created based on client-provided measurements and approved design details

Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars

• Payment is required before production or class enrollment

• We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders at our discretion

Custom Orders

• Once a custom order is confirmed and production has begun, it cannot be canceled

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements

• Hawa Earley LLC is not responsible for fit issues caused by incorrect measurements provided by the client

Sewing Classes

• Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis

• Class schedules, instructors, and content may change as needed

• Students are expected to follow safety instructions and class guidelines

Intellectual Property

• All content on this website (designs, images, text, logos) is the property of Hawa Earley LLC

• Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission

Limitation of Liability

Hawa Earley LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our products, services, or website.
