At Hawa Earley LLC, each piece and class is thoughtfully prepared with care and intention. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.
Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom-made garments:

All custom orders are final sale

No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered once production has begun

Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable

Changes to measurements or design details must be requested before production starts
If an issue arises due to craftsmanship or a confirmed error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and address the concern.
Ready-to-Wear Items

Returns or exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of delivery

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Sale items are final sale

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
Sewing Classes

Class registrations are non-refundable

If you are unable to attend, you may request:

A one-time class credit to be used toward a future session (with at least 48 hours’ notice)

Missed classes without notice are not eligible for credit

Kits, materials, and supplies provided for classes are non-refundable
