Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Hawa Earley LLC, each piece and class is thoughtfully prepared with care and intention. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom-made garments:

  • All custom orders are final sale

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered once production has begun

  • Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable

  • Changes to measurements or design details must be requested before production starts

If an issue arises due to craftsmanship or a confirmed error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and address the concern.

Ready-to-Wear Items

  • Returns or exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Sale items are final sale

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective

Sewing Classes

  • Class registrations are non-refundable

  • If you are unable to attend, you may request:

    • A one-time class credit to be used toward a future session (with at least 48 hours’ notice)

  • Missed classes without notice are not eligible for credit

  • Kits, materials, and supplies provided for classes are non-refundable

Cancellations by Hawa Earley LLC

In the rare event that a class or service is canceled by us:

  • You will receive a full refund or class credit, based on your preference
